As a Content Specialist, you will be the person who sets the creative direction for social media and digital content. You won’t edit or film directly, but you’ll guide the team, give feedback, and make sure everything we post is sharp, cinematic, and unboring.

Responsibilities
• Develop content strategies for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and short videos.
• Write captions, headlines, and scripts that match the brand’s tone.
• Brief videographers, designers, and editors with clear directions.
• Review and approve final materials before publishing.
• Research social trends and adapt them to clients.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements based on results.

Requirements
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Romanian.
• Solid understanding of social media formats and what works on each platform.
• Experience working with content teams (designers, videographers, editors).
• Strategic mindset: ability to align content ideas with brand goals.
• Creativity and taste for visuals that stand out.

Nice to have
• Previous experience in HoReCa, lifestyle, or B2C brands.
• Basic knowledge of video/photo editing (to communicate with the team better).
• Awareness of trending formats on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
